Crystallization and sintering

Crystallization

Nesa proposes the crystallization of natural or synthetic materials (e.g. zeolite) under a controlled gaseous atmosphere. Crystallization consists of a high temperature thermal treatment to densify and purify the raw material.

Sintering is a process enabling a raw material to be densified by creating a high liaison temperature between its particles. Magnesium oxide sintering enables highly calcinated magnesium to be produced (‘Dead Burned Magnesia’ or DBM) thanks to Vertical shaft kilns developed by The Nesa Solution®.
