Pardis entrusts John Cockerill with the installation of an integrated energy system for its Lock’o site in Belgium

Pardis entrusts John Cockerill with the installation of an integrated renewable energy system for its Lock’o site in Frameries (Belgium). This contract was awarded after a phase of Front Early Engineering Design. John Cockerill is in charge of the study, delivery and turnkey installation of a complete energy system including 1.5 MWp of photovoltaic panels, a 2.5 MW / 5 MWh AC Li battery. -ion ​​and 8 electrical terminals, 7 2x11kW units & one 2×100 kW unit, all of them controlled by John Cockerill’s Energy Management System (EMS).

Pardis is a family group with Walloon roots, active in real estate since 2005. Pardis owns the activities of Lock’o, a Belgian specialist in furniture storage and self-storage. As part of its development, Lock’o is modernizing its sites and planning the implementation of renewable energy production and storage systems in order to support the energy transition of its sites and develop green mobility.
