Surface treatment plants face two major challenges: reducing their water consumption and environmental impact, without compromising product quality or slowing down production. The high salt content and broad spectrum of chemical products make rinsing water difficult to recycle by filtration. It is therefore essential to reduce the volume of wastewater to be treated, right from the design stage of the production line, without compromising the quality of the end products, by implementing a ZLD solution.
