Multilaque renews its confidence in John Cockerill for a zero discharge processing plant

December 06th 2024

A major player in the coatings industry, Multilaque has over 30 years’ experience in the lacquering of aluminum and PVC profiles and sheets.

As part of the capacity expansion of its plant in Brulon (72, France), Multilaque has once again called on the expertise of John Cockerill Proserpol, an expert in the treatment of water and industrial effluents, to equip its new production lines with a zero discharge treatment plant.

The Brulon complex is already equipped with two surface treatment lines and two connected discharge water treatment plants, built by John Cockerill Proserpol in 2002 and 2012 respectively. The expertise and commitment of our teams at every stage of the project, as well as the high performance of our previous installations, were invaluable assets in winning this project.

The new plant, which will use the most advanced technologies, will eliminate effluent discharge, save up to 97% in water consumption, and optimize energy efficiency. By participating in this project, John Cockerill Proserpol is proud to contribute to a perfect example of the preservation of our precious natural resource, water.
