Celebrating 4 years of trust, expertise, and leadership after the acquisition of the ex-Hamon Group cooling assets by John Cockerill!

On 4th June, our CEO Jean-Luc Maurange, alongside COO Christophe Malaurie and CEO Energy Thomas Bohner, visited the John Cockerill Hamon teams in their new offices in Saint-Denis (Paris). This date was symbolic. It marked exactly 4 years since our Group acquired the cooling activities of the ex-Hamon Group, opening a new chapter for a business with a remarkable legacy.

At John Cockerill Hamon (our Cooling Business Line), we don’t just deliver projects – we sell trust. Trust built over more than 120 years of expertise, since 1904, by highly skilled teams dedicated to designing and delivering world-class cooling solutions.

This visit was a moment to recognize what truly makes the difference: our people. Our CEO paid tribute to the professionalism, resilience, and commitment of our teams, who have successfully transformed past uncertainties into a strong and positive momentum.

Today, our Group stands as a global leader in cooling towers, supplying dry, wet, and hybrid technologies, and supporting key industries worldwide, in power generation, nuclear energy, various industries, and data centers.

With a growing order backlog, a strong market outlook and reinforced synergies within John Cockerill Energy, especially with our HRSG-business, the future is promising. More than ever, our ambition is clear:
