Belgium calls on John Cockerill’s expertise to modernize dozens of M113 vehicles

Through its technological expertise in defense, John Cockerill is proud to support Belgium in its commitment alongside the Ukrainian forces.

Against the backdrop of the conflict with Russia, the Belgian government has entrusted John Cockerill with the refurbishment of several M113 vehicles that will be supplied to Ukraine by the Belgian Ministry of Defense.

The M113 is a tracked troop carrier. This lightweight vehicle is well suited to the needs of the Ukrainian army. This project reflects our Group’s commitment to the European defense industrial base. The wide-ranging expertise of John Cockerill’s teams will ensure rapid deployment of these light vehicles in the field.
