John Cockerill India Inaugurates Advanced Thermal Spraying Rolls Coating Facility at Taloja

John Cockerill India has inaugurated its Rolls Coating Facility at Taloja, expanding its Value Services capabilities for the steel industry.
The facility is equipped with New-Gen HP-HVAF coating technology and offers a complete range of roll surface engineering services, including coating, grinding, finishing, balancing, inspection and quality control.
Established in partnership with Advanced Coating, the facility combines global thermal spray coating expertise with John Cockerill’s deep understanding of steel processing applications. The objective is simple: help steel producers improve roll life, enhance strip quality, reduce maintenance downtime and optimise operational performance.
With this investment, we further strengthen our ability to support customers across India and South-East Asia with advanced roll refurbishment and coating solutions, backed by local expertise and faster turnaround times.
