CMI Industry is merging its North American subsidiaries through the creation of CMI Industry Americas Inc. at Salem (Ohio)

Today, July 1^st 2010, CMI Industry is merging its North American subsidiaries (CMI Processing Lines America LLC., CMI UVK Corp. and CMI Efco Inc.) and creating CMI Industry Americas Inc. at Salem (Ohio). This operation will enable clients in the NAFTA zone to take greater advantage of the complementary nature of the various technologies offered by CMI Industry and to see their requirements responded to even more efficiently.

CMI Industry Americas Inc. markets all of the products and services of CMI Industry on the NAFTA market (design, modernisation and maintenance of cold rolling mills, of steel galvanising lines, of thermal and chemical treatment equipment for steel, of specialised equipment, of solutions for recovering heat lost in high energy consuming industries and of turnkey factories). These products are marketed under well-known brands, such as EFCO^TM and UVK^TM for examples.
