Performance and reliability for John Cockerill’s AyraScrub® microelectronics equipment

Thanks to its in-depth understanding of the microelectronics sector, tailor-made support and the expertise and responsiveness of its teams, John Cockerill was able to meet the needs of one of its loyal customers in the microelectronics sector.

After equipping several of its industrial complexes for the production of electronic components in France and Italy with more than 15 air treatment units from the AyraScrub® range, among the largest in their category, John Cockerill EE is about to deliver its latest order. This includes 5 AyraScrub® horizontal gas scrubbers, designed to treat effluent from silicon wafer production, with a total flow rate of 200,000 m³/h.

The John Cockerill EE teams, from Sales to Engineering and Production, successfully met this challenge, demonstrating their adaptability and speed of execution in the face of particularly demanding deadlines. The air handling units will be delivered and installed shortly, with commissioning scheduled for early 2025.
