John Cockerill strengthens its governance with the appointment of Jérôme Pécresse as an Independent Director

On October 17, 2023, John Cockerill’s General Meeting approved the appointment of Jérôme Pécresse as the Group’s new Independent Director.

With thirty years’ international experience in energy, industry and finance, this French polytechnician joins the John Cockerill Group Board of Directors.

At a time when the Group is expanding its activities in the energy transition and stepping up its international development, Jérôme Pécresse’s contribution to the Board will be most welcome.
